How can i compile a list of every movie i have ever watched?
I want to make a list of every movie ive watched but i cant think of this off the top of my head. Is there any place that has a complete list of every movie ever made. So then i can just go and check the ones that ive watched and count them after im done.

- thats a mighty challenge that awaits you
- IMDb is probably the best place to start.
- There is no "list" that you could just look at. It would be extremely long and would take weeks, if not months, to go through anyway. On IMDB.com. you can see a list by year then by alphabetical order. This still would take a very very long time. I think once you start, you will find it too difficult. What about the ones where you can't remember the name? Good luck. I wouldn't want to try it.
- A basic database programme would do the job for you. Mirosoft office usually has a database programme, but you can get free ones of the net. Its a bit of bind inputing the data but once its up and running it makes access so easy. The best place on the net for researching films is the internet movie database which has already been linked.
- I would start with a simple Excel file and put columns such as year watched, title, year made, your ranking, awards, stars, and genre. To look up movies, go to Wikipedia and IMDB.com......
- Im actually working on that same project, It did take me a couple of months to go back and think of every movie i did see, but yes go on imbd (internet movie database) and check out all the movies on there and start your list,
- I would go into Yahoo Movies. They have a VERY long list. You can save different lists, like your favorites, or by genre. If you rate them, it also brings up suggestions that match your tastes, so it keeps bringing up more that you might have seen.
