How do I make a list look professional for a grad school applicaton?

I am applying to grad school, and one of the things I need to include in my application is "a list of computer skills and experience, including knowledge of software applications and Web skills". I am wondering if anyone can give me suggestions on how I can format this list to make it look presentable? Do I just list them one, two three? Or how should I set the page up? Thanks!

1. I would just use a bulleted list, with the small dot bullets. The idea is not to have some big graphic effect, it's to make the page as neat and readable as possible.
