Does anyone know what guitar this is? pictures?

Ive been saving for this guitar http://www.guitarcenter.com/Ibanez-RG350EX-Electric-Guitar-518909-i1397686.gc but this one is alot cheaper http://houston.craigslist.org/msg/844770811.html if you know what kind the second guitar is could you tell me the differences?

1. Looks like an Ibanez RG 470.
2. I'd get the first one (Ibanez RG350EX) The other guitar looks like another Ibanez (RG series, but not necessarily a 350EX). The frets are different, the first one has a pick guard, both have different paint jobs, the pickups are probably different, and maybe the wood. Plus there could be some damage on the second one, the seller is not letting on about.
