What career would you recommend for an extremely introverted individual?

What career field would you recommend for an extremely introverted individual who excels in reading, writing and math? Thus far, I have been recommended Engineering and Bio-Medical research. What fields should I consider? If you happen to work in one of these fields and can describe a “Day In The Life Of…” that would be even better.

3. There are many careers where an introvert can succeed. Accounting, Research, Computer work, but may I encourage you to try with all your might to develop stronger communication skills. Many times your ability to communicate what you are doing or can do makes the difference between a promotion and a demotion.
