should i use an aprtment locator, will that affect the rate of my rent?
dont they get commission if i go to a locator will that make my rent higher, how do locators work? i will be looking for a cheap apartment, but want to use a locator becuase i dont have a lot of time after work to look for apartments.

- In CA it depends on themarket. If the rental market is tight, they will take the listing from the landlord for free. Then they charge the tenant to get a copy of the list. On the other hand if there are a lot of vacancies, they charge the landlord for putting him on the list. Then they give the list away or charge very little for it.
