I saw this ad in the newspaper classifieds. It was placed by an African-American woman. What does it mean?

Does the ad refer to something Biblical? If so what? Below is the exact wording of the ad: DEITY inherited of a spiritual house original owner of Serendipity violated 20 years. Proof The strange thing is that the woman put her home phone number on it. I know the woman and she said that she did put the ad up but refused to explain it.
