How do i move to a housing project in puerto rico?

Most of my family lives a housing project in san juan,pr iam planning to move there with them but i wanna get my own place.. does anybody kno where do i have to go to get an apartment in Nemesio R. Canales in hato rey pr? how much it is? n how to deal with the neighbors and telling them that iam a resident too?

1. I don't understand what you mean by moving to a housing project in PR. Housing Projects are meant for people that are very unfortunate in terms of very limited able working bodies, extremely poor or handicapped with limitations. Free loading should not be an option since these housing projects are funded with our TAX money!
2. of what i hear, you have to convince them social workers that you're disabled, or mentally challenged, and they'll give you a nice housing project apartment.
3. oh brother. you have no idea how long this is going to take and what you have to do in order to get a housing apartment. If you are too young the chances are less and if you are not disabled, forget it. you have to proof with a doctors medical note that you are disabled or mentally ill, you might have to be a good darn hollywood actor to get one of those apartments, or you if you have any kids and a wife and you are poor, then maybe you can be lucky enough to get housing. I think is better of if you move with one of your relatives. if you dont have non of the above, you have no chance at all.
