1. There is no illegality committed by the MNC. Once, you have put your service with them, there is no option left with you, where to be posted or not. However, if there is some specific medical reservation is concerning you, then, you can put forth that, before your management, and, convince them of its seriousness, for a humanitarian consideration by them.
