US Career Institute..has anyone taken a course online?

I've been interested in medical transcription since a friend of mine told me her sister in law worked from home as one. I have NO clue how to go about it, so I googled away looking for information on how to become one. Another site was talking about campus courses and online courses (which I am interested in) and went on to name website after website. My head spun as I got more and more confused as to who to trust. I remembered there was an add in the back of my Parents Magazine on becoming one. I went to their website and read as much as I could. Another site I visited had many comments that they were legit, but no one came forward to say they actually were enrolled and doing a course. I was just wondering if anyone has done a course in Medical Transcription from "U.S Career Institute?" Or any course for that matter. Is this website a good choice to learn it from to work from home? I'm wanting to work at home. Any info would be great
