Housing....?
How long do you think it will take to be housed once being put on housing list? My reasons for asking to be moved: ~overcrowding ~to be closer to family as they transport my daughter to hospital when she needs treatment (i already have a place on X borough but want to move to Y borough, have son and daughter (both young), in a 2 bed flat)

- The first thing I would do is to check with your x borough to see if they have a swaps book with y borough. That way you can see if someone in a similar situation would swap houses with you. If not, I would assume you would go on the list with your overcrowding points only. To get points for medical issues, you usually have to provide evidence from doctors etc, which is then reviewed and points may be awarded because of it. Due to the fact that you are already in social housing, I can't imagine you would get many points added on a month to month basis, as it is seen as secure. If you are on housing benefit, it may be worth looking into giving up your flat and renting in y borough while you wait for a property to come up. Housing benefit would pay your rent for you if you could prove you had to move to y borough because of your daughter. You will have to lay it on a bit but good luck.
- If you cant speak English and dont work you will get one straight away if you have lived here all your life no chance
