How do i market my home cleaning business online?

I live in New York City "Harlem" and im trying to start a cleaning business "house, apartments." and i need some advice on how to market it. I opened a Craigslist account but i don't know exactly what to put in my ad. The name i chose to call it is Maid-In-Harlem. Can anyone help

1. There are many ways to market. Since you live in your target area. I would also recommend doing some offline advertising such as posters at the mail kiosk, hand out business cards, make a coupon with all your business details and something like 10% off first cleaning and put that in everyone's mailbox or door. For an online craiglist ad you need to make it catchy. If the first few words don't catch the readers attention then they are going to skip the rest. What do you offer that other cleaning services don't offer? What makes you special? Why should someone hire you over the other cleaning services. You need to create a brand image and a competitive advantage over your competition ie: offering superior service or lower prices. I recommend superior service. Maybe something as simple as leaving a herseys kiss on the pillow when you make their beds. Reminds me of a classy hotel that leaves a chocolate on my pillow. 3. go to craigslist.com and select your state and run ad for services
4. I would also include a toll free number on your ads. People will be more likely to buy from you because: a) A toll free makes you look more professional and b) It encourages people to call you. I recommend searching for a number at Chooseanumber.com. I'm sure you can find something with "MAID" or "CLEAN" in it. I guarantee it will boost your profile. It worked for me.
5. you can make google adwords show only in local selected zip codes. watch it close so it does not cost too much. make a lot if ad groups in your campaign with only one keyword and make the words used in the ad and the keywords similar. Google has a .lot of videos on this in the adwords help section. costs can and must be managed. 2) Ask For Referrals On Every Job. some will and some won't but some people just love to tell everybody so keep at it.
