Dizziness and Nausea associated with Anxiety?
I have been getting this weird dull dizziness and nausea for about a month now. I have traveled for the last three months non stop. And also got kicked out of my house. My husband just joined the army, and I never see him. I just get really scared and don't understand whats going on. I have been diagnosed with anxiety and am on 10 mg on paxill. Could this just be anxiety or should i seek medical?

It might help if you could stabilize your life, find a stable, job, get a house, join a networking group, and look on the bright side! You could try some natural cures such as deep breathing, relaxation techniques, having frequent breaks and drinking lots of fluid.
