I stop talking to my dad its been a whole year!!!!!!! help?

well the reason we stop talking was that i was having a hard time living with my step mother in the house she had treated me so bad to a point were my hair was falling off cause of stress, however my dad knew about it and he never did anything to stop it. she talk badly about my mom, and even had him get raid of his mom. so sometimes i wanted to kill myself if it was not for my fiance but the thing his he was serving overseas(ARMY) but over the phone he would give me counseling. but my dad never approved of me dating i was 20 going on 21 in 2 month at that time. so i could not take it anymore so i moved out of the house and got married then moved away. but before i moved away i would try calling my little siblings then one day he picked up and told me not to call his houe anymore and to saty away from him, so i did for a year. now my in laws are beggin me to make peace with him even my hubby, even when i told him that he asked me to stay away i know my dad he can can keep a grudge to his grave. he treating to hit my lil bro and sis if they talk to me. so we have to talk secretly sorry about all the mispelled word my computer is acting up.

1. Have you thought about writing him a letter? Writing to your siblings? You said your father was mean to your mother - are your siblings her kids, or your step-mom's and dad's? You could always contact them through your mother. Do you have another family member that can act as a mediator? If you want him in your life, or your siblings just keep trying. At least you know that you tried.
