Where can I place a free classifieds ad?

I want to place a clasifieds ad in Eastern Iowa for free online. Any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks. I know I could put it on here, but that's not really the point of Yahoo! Answers.

3. u can' t place free ads; the definition of ads is the paid dissemination of a message; you can get free PR however, off of Craigs list. I use it
