Are the admission SAT and ACT scores on Career Cruising updated to fit the new test scores?

For example on the admission page for University of Washington it says- "More than 75% of freshmen were in top 50% of their high school class and scored over 1010 on SAT or over 18 on ACT; about 85% or fewer of all applicants accepted." My question is if that "1010" SAT score is out of 1600 or 2400 (with writing).

1. I'm guessing that one's out of 1600, because 1010 out of 2400 would be terrible.
