How can I get a job at UPS?

I've been wanting a Job at UPS well becuz they have great benefits. I've been jobless for about 7 months, and I just need some advice, becuz I refuse to get depressed over not having a job... Any suggestions?

1. put in an application and be really awesome at the interview
2. Here in Tennessee you have to know someone already employed at UPS to help you get on. The benefits are great and I do hope you get hired and if you have to wait awhile find anything or anywhere to work. It is much easier to get a job if you already have one. And it looks good on your resume to know that you are working and are eager to work. When I was in HR we always hired those with a job vs those without one. Good luck!
