Besides Monsters and Hotjobs, what other employment jobsites I should consider posting my resume?

1. Employment jobsites are useless they just post spam. When you get a job offer, it's almost always insurance sales so your just wasting your time unless that's what you want to do. I suggest going to corporate websites of companies you want to work for and search to see if they have any matching jobs.
2. My suggestion is Jobstreet.com but all they can do is just pass your resume to respective employers but it does not guarantee that you will be hired
