Anybody know how to handle our internet stalker from Damaguete?

Apparently, my husband had an altercation with an American from Damaguete. He is the one I asked about recently and is stalking both of us on the internet for some reason and posting lies about both of us in another Yahoo forum, something about a car I think. Anyway, it is getting frustrating and somehow he found me here and is really bothering us, even going as far as to interfere with my business which we advertise in Cebu Classifieds. He is spreading that I am putting girls up to cheating foreigners, all I do is give them internet lessons so they can go online. How is that cheating anybody? Anyway, any suggestions as to how to handle this unlicensed, illegal "investigator" would be appreciated. Call the cops sounds good, but what cops and where are they? I am in Cebu and have no way of finding them, they aren't even listed online. You would have to join the group to get in to read the posts but they are in Maganak and he also brags that he spies on local girls for foreigners too. I don't know how to log in there and really wouldn't want to anyway, just knowing someone like that is there. Just jointhe group and ask for someone to spy on a certain girl for you in Damaguete and he will rear his ugly head real fast.

  1. CAll the cops maybe?
  2. Got a link . Show us something he did here.
  3. I support Casanova's suggestion. File a complaint at your closest police station and let them handle the details on how to find them. There are ways of knowing where they are given this modern electronic age. Suggest you consult a lawyer for advice in covering all legal aspects of the complaint against this person. Good luck.
  4. Contact him and resolve the issue within yourselves, if that doesn't do it, file a complaint against him in the police station. I don't know if you can sue him in there. If it was here in the US, it would be immediately dismissed because bloggers/posters are immuned from libel suits on the basis of anonymity and they cannot be treated as publishers of such comments, that is according to federal law.
  5. ignore him
