what's the easiest and cheapest way to start an online classifieds site that has a paid subscription feature?

I want to start my own classified website. I need something easy (I'm not script savvy) and I want to be able to charge a subscription fee to some...any suggestions would be welcome.

1. Go to craigslist... if you can't improve on it, then you won't get anybody to pay a subscription fee.
2. I think you're dreaming. There's about 10,000 classified sites out there right now - all free. And you want to charge? Never going to work.
3. Pay $10 to buy a name at www.GODADDY.com . Then get www.WEEBLY.com to host your site. You will be open tomorrow. Allow people to advertise for free for the first 30 days so you get lots of ads. Then start charging..
