What's the easiest and cheapest way to create a classifieds ad website?

I don't want to pay for hosting or additional software (beyond dreamweaver) What's the best way to get get started?

1. Well a good free hosting site is www.5u.com but remember that it's limited because it's free. But it also give you the option to upgrade if you want to expand the site.
2. you can create a blog.. there are many free blog account nowadays. some of them you can apply your ad in there. Usually blog account has a lot more space than free domains. Plus if you're using a free domains.. there will usually display their own ad.
3. There are hundreds (if not thousands) of free scripts that can do this. But you still need paid hosting to implement them.
