Is it legal to post or answer posts on Craigslist for casual sex?

I was just wondering. I see a lot of posts for casual sex on Craigslist. As long as these aren't for exchanges of money, I would think it would be ok. Am I right or wrong?

3. It is against the law of God. The penalty are consequences that are numerous. Look at the millions of unplanned and unwanted babies,abortions, AIDS, divorce, herpes, Hepatitis B, C, A, ect violence from jealous boyfriends or GF that found out, the lady in a movie played by Glen Close ...Basic Instinct. You can meet a psycho woman or man from HELL on the internet. You meet someone for casual sex and you are having sex with the hundreds that he or she has already had sex with. Condoms do not all ways prevent the spread of whatever they have. There is a saying" "A MAN WILL WALK INTO HELL WITH BOTH EYES WIDE OPEN.. (go ahead and walk into it if you want to, but you know what you are getting into.)
