Good apartments for no more than 650ish in kissimmee? The most important thing to me is safety!?

I currently live in Ohio , but a couple of my friend just recently moved into Heron lake apartments in kissimmee, and they love it...heron lakes seems to be the only one thats nice...but its a little more than I'd like to pay...I've looked on apartment ratings and NONE have good reviews......opinions??

1. Safety is a big issue in our area. I don't know that you could find anything that cheap in a good area. I pay $800 on a two bedroom in a not so nice area of Orlando. Everyone I know is leaving Kissimmee :( I've never seen an apartment with a decent rating on there either... including where I live :p I know it's expensive, but you're probably going to have to come down and check it out in person. Many places offer discounts if you walk in.
2. Nothing good for 650 except maybe income restrict in South Orlando, Falcon Trace, Berkshire Club etc are income restricts in good areas for around 600-700. You have to meet their qualifications though, and have lived and held a job here for 60 days I think, they require pay stubs. I think the income restriction is you have to make between 17,000 and 20,000 for a 1 bedroom but I'm not certain.
