A friend and I are moving in together come this June, what are some good Indianapolis apartments?

My price range is about $600 altogether, plus or minus $50 at the most. I'm planning on going to Ivy Tech in the Fall or Spring and I need something in easy access of downtown Indianapolis. I've searched everywhere I can online and I've checked Apartment Ratings, but the ones that I've looked at either are a non-recommendation or not there period. If you don't have any advice about certain apartments, then any advice about finding them would be more than welcome.
