1. it IS considered spam - to craigslist, anyway - as posting more than one listing at a time for the same service/item is against their terms of service.
2. your going to have to word them different i had the same problem but not on your level. Use different headers and descriptions for your ad's then you did with your others. sometimes if it is still to close it still wont let you use it. i guess they want to avoid spam like the other girl said.
