Voice acting in San Francisco or Sacramento?

I am an actress in the SF Bay area, and also work in Sacramento area. I've gone to many jobs and had production people comment that I should get into voice work as well, because of the rate and tone of my voice. Problem is, I have no connections so I don't even know how to begin! Does anybody here in the SF Bay Area or Sacramento do voice acting and, if so, what is a good starting point? How do I find these jobs? I've seen a couple on Craigslist of all places, but nothing on SF Casting and such. Will I need voice experience first to get an agent? I have done no voice over. Also, what agencies are good for this? Any info would be very helpful. Thanks!
