1. The 1st is unclear how good the tires are. The 2nd is expired. Aluminum wheels are OK if the lug nuts don't vibrate loose, as they are known to do, and if they're overtightened, they are difficult to get off by hand, making changing a tire on the road yourself very difficult. From there, it's your money.
