Photoshop CS4 CHEAP!?

Where is the cheapest place to buy a legal copy of Adobe CS4, preferably master collection? I found this offers on my local Craigslist but I'm not sure if they are legal: http://sacramento.craigslist.org/sys/975223887.html

1. The "cheapest" version of the any of the Adobe products or the entire Master Collection (so, you are going to do media production, web design, graphic design, photography, illustration and so on? Make sure you actually NEED the Master Collection) would be a student license. If you are a student, you may want to check with your school to see if they have a program to help you make the purchase. If not, you can still legally buy the student license version through academic resellers such as JourneyEd.com and Academic Superstore. You will have to prove you are a student, but that is something your school could help you with. The next cheapest is if you already have a previous version (although I believe no further back than CS2 or possibly CS), you can purchase the upgrade. You can either upgrade a single product (for example, Photoshop) or one of the suites; however, you do have to have a legal copy to do this.
2. The cheapest place is www.academicsuperstore.com You have to be a student or teacher but the prices can't be beat. The service is good, too. $125 for CS4. Yeah, a copy of a ripped off program. If you can't register the program, you can't update it. And they all have bugs that need updates.
3. Yes, getting the student discount is by far the cheapest way to get photoshop cs4 legally. Another option would be to check google out, search for photoshop cs4 cheap. The one site that I saw that looks fairly good is http://www.d-solmedia.com. Looks to be that they compare prices from different vendors and all are legal copies.
