Who knows how to report a suspicious email report from yahoo?

I received a email from Yahoo - when I opened it it was written in what looked like Chinese. I tried to forward it back to Yahoo - It wouldn't forward. Then parts of it disappeared. Each time I open it to find what to do with it - more disappears. Now Yahoo doest not appear on the - To: line. Has this happened to anyone else. It won't let me block it. I'm very concerned. DeeJay. This is very strange. If anyone know where or what to do - let me know.
