How can I stop telemarketing calls? I'm on the do-not-call list but still receive sales calls frequently.?

I'm aware that it's still legal to call for surveys, charities, and (ugh) political campaigns, as well as calls from companies you have a relationship with. I'm talking about cold sales calls from real estate brokers, etc. They simply ignore the do-not-call list. What can I do to get rid of them?

1. file a complaint with your states attorney general's office if you are on that list and you get a telemarketer call you without your previous consent they have commited a violation.
