Is having a background check done by career builder helpful for recruiters?

Would this be worth paying for to help me find a job or would a recruiter never even notice or consider it valid?

1. I think it could only be an asset for you. I don't see why it wouldn't be considered valid. Just have it done by a company that specializes in doing back ground checks.
