I can't upload my resume on career builder without the text getting jumbled and not legible. How do I upload?

for some reason all my formatting, spacing, and neatness goes out the window when I either try to upload my resume or directly paste it. I need it neat for potential employers. What can I do?

1. It appears that the Post Resume site assumes you're going to provide the resume in HTML--not a word-processing document format. I expect you're going to need to use an HTML editor to get it looking right.
