definatly amazon.com they always deliver your stuff really quick and i have never had a problem with them, and i shop there all the time.
For shoes specifically I would suggest zappos.com - they are great! The best customer service I've ever experienced... not to mention free returns and free shipping both ways. I have used them and have been very happy with my purchases. When I got something that wasn't quite right, I sent it back and tried again. No problems at all. It took me three tries to find a pair of boots that fit me properly, but that's just because it's a little hard to shop for certain footwear on sight alone without trying them on. Highly recommended! (They do carry stuff other than shoes, too, but I think it started with just shoes.) Good luck - I promise they will not rip you off.
