Random drug test after the pre-employment drug test?

I quit smoking marijuana about two weeks ago. I'm going to apply at Target and/or Walmart in the next week or two. My question is.... after I PASS the pre-employment drug test, will they drug test me again after I start working there? I may smoke here and there but never before work, so it will in no way, shape, or form affect my work ability. Do they do random drug testing after you're hired?

1. Not all employers do, but you should always think they will. They do have pills for that at your local health food store. Golden Seals I believe.
2. Random drug testing is a common practice for many employers. They may also test you if they have reason to believe you have been doing drugs (testing for cause). Why don't you get your life together and stop doing drugs?
3. I doubt Target or Walmart will give random drug tests to employees. if they do that they will tell you in orientation.
4. Most companies don't and i couldn't see target or Walmart doing it at all so you should be completely safe. they usually tell you they do before you get hired so you know. I did however work at a job where they did random drug testing after the initial one but i never got another drug test after the first one. they only said that incase you got hurt or cut real bad, then they would give you a drug test. If that's the case then just don't let anyone know you got cut or were bleeding.
5. You might want to check to see what type of drug testing they do. If it is hair/follicle testing, you most likely will not pass the pre-employment drug test, since hair testing for drugs can detect marijuana drug use for up to 90 days previous. If it is urine, you should be okay. As for random drug testing, ask them what their policy is.
6. The pills dont work, so dont even try to circumvent a drug test. They will discover it. Companies with a random drug testing policy will tell you of the policy prior to employment. If you dont wish to acquiesce to such a policy, decline the job.
7. If you get hurt a work and have to go to hospital they will drug test you before they look at you. And then you are stuck with hospital bills and no job.

9. First of all, THC stays in your system for I believe 90 days. Every job I have ever had will give random drug tests. Maybe you should consider picking fruit out in the field if you just have to smoke weed. I don't believe farm bosses care if the "field help" smokes dope or not.
