Pre-Employment Drug Screen Confidential?

Are pre-employment drug screens confidential? What about Walmart? Are they allowed to report to anyone?

1. Like any medical proedure they SHOULD remain confidential.
2. What do you mean, Confidential? Whether or not you pass a drug screen, this information IS ALWAYS available to the employer. The employer should pay for it, too, unless you fail, then you will have to pay for it! If you fail it, then the doctor's office is not allowed to spill the beans to the authorities. It's the LAW!
