Why doesn't yahoo hot jobs police there own job site for scams?

When I'm looking for legitimate jobs I don't need to be bombarded by scam sites trying to sell things. Don't you think that is unproffessional?

1. I think it is very unprofessional and also very prevalent in every advertising media that exists for posting job opportunities. Even good ol fashion newspaper do this, and post the "we are not responsible for the content of these sites, we just post what people pay us to post do your own research" BS disclaimer to cover their asses. It's totally lame.
