How will Arizona's housing market be impacted by the southern California fires?

I feel that this will create a movement to Arizona and help with the saturated housing market. I specifically would like to know about the impact to northern Arizona housing market.

1. Northern Arizona is just like California Waiting for the perfect storm. We are in a 10 year drought. Northern Arizona is about as dry as I have EVER seen, and I've lived in Arizona for 41 years. I have already had one California buyer contact me about moving to this great state. However they will NOT move to an area where the threat of wildfire will threaten their home.
