Why cant i find a UPS job?

I have been trying to get a job at UPS so i can work and go back to school. But everytime i try their web site i get Nothing. my town and the town next to me is never listed but i see their trucks all the time. Also i see ads on ALL the jobs sites saying that they are hiring and even flyers in school.

1. They may not be in your town or the town next to you. The truck often deliver to dozens of towns from one large hub in the area. Where do you live? I could try and find out where the nearest location is to you. When I first applied it took almost a month to get a call back, but it eventually came.
2. Go to a UPS store and ask a manager there about a job or how to get one with UPS. That will work a lot better than waiting for a open job posting online. Even if they don't have something now, they can call you when they do or they'll let you know when to check back with them. If you want something, go make it happen.
