I moved into an apartment recently in dallas and I found out it is housing for section 8 tenants?

Is there any way to legally get out of the lease in Texas. I was not informed that this was section 8 housing. Thanks

any house in the entire country can be approved for section 8. that doesn't mean YOU are on section 8 and if you move out of every house that you find out has section 8 (approval from the government to subsidize tenants that NEED it) you may end up moving A LOT
There is no requirement that you be informed about the rental status of other tenants. The unit is not ONLY for Sec 8 tenants, or YOU would not be allowed to live there. No, you cannot get out of the lease.
