Why would a low income housing lady hang up on me when I said I was a periphial man, going to college full ?

time, and I am going to work part time. That still places me below the poverty line. I don't want second eight, because I don't want to play the crazy card. I just want help in housing.

1. All of those low income agencies have no sympathy with a poor honest person struggling to get an education. They didn't have sympathy with it when I was a young adult, either. They think that you should just go to work full time and survive how you can. But if I had had a baby out of wedlock, I could have got tons of fantastic help! I just wasn't the type to do it.
