low income housing and employment i would like to know what i can do.I'm in a position where i don't want todo

I moved to san diego from bakersfield to live a better life,i'm 52 years old i worked six years nine months here in san diego ca. My age had something to do with my layoff along with reduction inforce. I feel thats discrimation.

1. You would need to prove they lay off based on age, it would be hard to prove. Then you could sue them but since you already moved just take another job.
2. You could be right about it being discrimination. If you have the money to do so, hire a labor attorney (someone that specializes in discrimination). 3. Get creative. You could go to www.freewebs.com and set up a free website. And you could start selling items from your website. You do have to pay for your domain name. A domain name is www.example.com. You need this in order for others to access your website. You could sale paintings, or what ever it is you want to sale. Once your website is set up, you need to get an account with pay pal and then go back to your free web site and in edit mode, go to widget, tools and select ecommerce. And you should be able to choose you pay pal button, but first you need to verify your account with pay pal. Good Luck! Oh and your site, is your business, advertise it.
