What is the housing market prediction? How long will it be a buyers market?

Where can I find info on the prediction of CT's housing market over the next 3-4yrs? I am curious as to how long it is going to be a market in favor of buyers.

1. Real estate observers expect the slowdown to last into and through much of 2010. No one should even try to predict the market out beyond 18 months.
2. My bet is 3-5 years. Unemployment is still growing and Americans are paying down their debt and building their savings. it will take some time for the number of buyers to catch up to the number of sellers.
