why cant i send eny replys on cragslist?

hello, i just got a new computer and i wont on crags list and i found some thing i liked and i went to send a message and then i had to enter my e-mail my name and this pop3 and some other stuff and now i cant get back to chang the pop3 thing and e-mail. all the time i would like to buy something i never got a reply and i sent lots of e-mail to other people and it has bin 3 weeks and now i don't know what to do. please answer. thanks.

1. I just copy and paste the link into the address bar of my email. it will be like this and you just copy and paste. sale-1046xxxxxx@craigslist.org not the easiest way, but it works for me.
