Is there any apartments located in winston salem, nc that has all utilities included with the rent?

I live in Winston Salem, NC and I plan to move into a luxury apartment soon. First, I have to find one that allows pets because I am definitely not given up my dog. After looking on apartment-guide, rent.com, even craigslist, I can't seem to find an apartment that in located in Winston Salem that has all utilities included with the rent. The most utilities that I have seen so far are water and trash.
