How do I find a two bedroom apartment in Cincinnati with in unit washer and dryer?

I keep doing searches on all kinds of apartment rental website and craigslist and I can't seem to find an apartment in the Cinci/Northern Kenctucky area with a washer and dryer, safe part of town, 2 bedrooms for less than $800/month. I am open to leasing an apartment, condo or house. My search keeps coming up with washer and dryer hookups available... No! Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

1. Every city has a market rate and apparently you have determined the going rate for a 2BR with a washer dryer in a nice area. You have two choices: ante up or widen your search criteria. There are higher rent demands now so don't expect the rent to drop.
