Dental Assisting Career?

I am really intrested in becoming a dental assistant! I've looked into Heald and Western Career College. I know school will be pricey where ever you go.. But a 10 month program is 18,000 and I just don't have that kind of money! So does anyone know of a good program I could go through? or try out? I've very intrested! Thank you!

1. In my area (upstate NY) there are 10 WEEK programs for Dental Assisting. It costs about 3,000. I would look for a shorter, less costly program like that. Just make sure if legit.
