What career path should I take from coming out of entertainments, I am unemployed every winter because?

the holiday season finishes. I have done this job for 5 years from hotels in greece, cruise ships in the USA and parks in UK and Ireland. Now I need to find a stable position that I would enjoy just as much in Dublin. I am not interested in retail what so ever. A job with event organisation/entertainments/pr would be good but I don't know what, any ideas?
