What is the best way to find arranged employment in canada as a foreigner trying to inmigrate?

I have degrees in marketing. I'd like to apply for residency in Canada. I have been informed that a really good way to do this is through an arranged employment offer of a canadian company. What are the best canadian human resources websites that cater to the needs of foreign workers by canadian businesses?

3. Don't you read the international news reports ? Canada, along with the rest of the developed world, is in the middle of the most serious economic free fall in 50 years. Hundreds of thousands of Canadian citizens are not working, and YOU think that you can get a "job offer " ? With so many Canadians out of work and desperate for a job, why would a Canadian employer want to hire you ? There must be 100 Canadians that have your qualifications. My advice ? Stay where you are, and WAIT at least 3 to 5 years, for things to improve . Jim b. Toronto.
