regal pointe apartments florida?

Ok, so Lake Mary Florida is supposed to be a great area. The apartment complex that I am looking into is Regal Pointe, I went to apartment ratings.com and there were good ratings and horrible ratings. I don't know which one to believe. I would just go and check out there area but I live in Chicago, and we are on a tight budget (reason for moving to this complex) so, I dont want to make unnecessary trips. Is anyone familiar with this complex? is it decent? safe? I have a toddler and a baby, when I go to work I dont want to have to worry about my wife and children being in danger.

1. not a great area but if you stay to yourself you will be fine the good ratings are written by staff i think check the dates & wording on the apartment ratings.com you will see what i mean
