how can i ask housing authority for a raise for my section 8 rental house in san francisco after 5 yrs. ?

i had sent them a letter, but heard nothing from both housing and tenant.

1. you have asked but when the current lease is up you can take it out of section 8
2. They only review it a month before the present lease expires. You will not be allowed to raise it much (something like 4%), you should be raising it yearly because their laws are so tight.
