work permit NEWZEALAND ? I am having the workpermit here for a company. I got an employment offer in a diffe?

I got an offer from a different company recently. I want to join that company. I really dont know how to transfer my current workpermit onto the other company. Could anyone guide me here. Am I allowed to do so in New Zealand?

1. Sorry I dont think you will be allowed in NZ.
2. You'll have to regain a "New working Permit? from ur new company. After you quitted ur job, You'll only have few weeks before the visa/stay expired. so the other company got to re-apply ur working permit fast.
3. Hi, basically your work permit will state, your occupation,company you work for and city/place where you work, if you want to change one of these -- like working for another company you have to go to immigration and apply for a variation of conditions. This cost 140 dollars to do and takes 4-6 weeks to do.You cant just leave and work for the other company as this would breach your visa conditions and if caught you can be booted out of New Zealand .hope this helps...
